Made for Vertigo Magazine’s Metamorphosis issue, I wanted to express the struggles of growth but incite the will to keep at it. To me, metamorphosis means being in a transitional stage of confusion and courage, before progressing or transforming into whatever it is you want to do or be.

All text and illustrations are hand-drawn (with blank ink and black marker); and coloured digitally on Adobe Photoshop.
