An animated poster designed and illustrated as a university project, made for the Sydney Underground Film Festival held in Marrickville. The aim was to playfully explore their 2020 theme of 'Being Human' by showing an alien chilling and sunbathing on one of our serene, breezy beaches.

Inspiration was taken from the "Golden Age" of cinema- the 1930s- by emulating the visual qualities of the vintage greeting cards of this time period in this poster. Digitally illustrated in Adobe Photoshop, animated in Adobe After Effects.
